I got seriously involved in photography in 1999. My first SLR camera was a Minolta QTsi. Since then I've stepped up to 2 other Minolta bodies - a 400i and a Maxxum 5i. I then entered the digital world with a Fujifilm S7000. Earlier this year I traded the Fujifilm for a Nikon D70s DSLR.

Over the years, I've honed my photographic skills by taking shots for the web and doing a few shoots for fashion, musicians, weddings, etc. But mostly I'd take shots of everyday objects, sometimes from a "not-too-normal" perspective. I love nature.

I am self-taught - everything I know about photography, I have learnt through reading and experimenting. I have a very open mind when it comes to taking pictures. I do not like to follow what everyone else is doing. I want to stand out from the rest.
